Cedar Lake Speedway Completes Earliest Season Opening Weekend

Cedar Lake, WI; April 7, 2012 -   With afternoon rain showers giving way to clearing skies and a brisk wind, the Cedar Lake Speedway was able to complete the final night of their double-header opening weekend on Saturday April 7. Putting the finishing touches on the earliest opening weekend in track history, NASCAR feature race victories went to Jimmy Mars in the Late Models, Joey Jensen making it two-for-two in the Modifieds, Dave Mass in the Pro Stocks, and Ryan Olson also doubling up with another win in the Midwest Mods. In the newest weekly division at the track, Brent Voeltz was victorious in the Hornet feature.
